My name is Agnes Themba; I studied a national National Diploma in FINANCIAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS at Tshwane university of technology majoring in IT, PL /SQL, Programming, Visual basic.net, Java, software development, Electronic Commence, Finance and project management. I also have a national diploma computing studied it at arise business college. i completed an international certificate in Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) windows server 2012. I have IT work experience at SITA MICT working as a IT intern performing the Following Duties: • Support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems. • Troubleshoot issues with equipment like printers, computers and servers. • Run software updates backups. • Installing, Administering and configuring advanced windows server 2013 I also have three years’ work experience at WITS ANGINCOURT UNIT(WHC) working as both field worker and Call Centre Agent. I worked at jongilanga primary school as a Admin assistant sponsored by Sita for a period of one year. I also worked at phillys stationery shop as a cashier, stock controller an IQ system Administrator. I make a good appearance and I get along exceedingly well with people and have the ability to work in a team.im computer literate and also have a CODE 10 (C1) drivers licence. I have learnt to work towards, and achieve my aims with great commitment and perseverance.
