I had never given much thought about having a career in technology until I programmed my first calculator program. It was this insignificant moment in 2017 that has led me to where I am today. As a Computer Information Systems graduate, I understand concepts such as the: Software Development Life Cycle, Object-oriented programming, Information Systems, Databases, Networking and Human-Computer Interaction. I have experience using Visual Studio coding in C# and Microsoft SQL Server. I also enrolled in business related courses including, Human Resources, Labour Relations, Strategic Management, Digital marketing and General Management. I completed my internship at Dell Technologies as an Assistant Remote Systems Engineer and I am now currently a Talent Acceleration Program Trainee at Anheuser-Busch InBev Africa. As Michael Scott [The Office] said, "You should never settle for who you are", I push myself to be the best I can be, in both my personal and professional lives, through non-stop reading and trying to help others learn about technology. Inspired by my time as a student computer literacy facilitator, I aspire to work for a company that develops and utilizes technology to improve society.
