Job Description
Reporting directly into the customer account manager, the Technical Scrum Master (SM) will be responsible for managing the work load of an application development team. The team is part of a larger team that delivers new features and support on a critical CRM product in the Telecommunications sector. The SM is responsible for communicating with the client and other teams to coordinate and facilitate events to enable their squad to deliver. The team consists of technically strong systems analysts, QA analysts/engineers, JAVA developers and database developers. The SM will be responsible for coordinating activities for the team across the all areas within the project.
This position is based in Cape Town and will be a Hybrid working model.
